Jefferson City
Saturday I headed to Jefferson City to do some shopping for a couple of weddings I have to go to this fall. While I was in town I decided to drive through downtown and see the capital building. Jefferson City has a very pretty downtown, lots of older looking buildings. It also sits on a hill which makes it visible from a little ways away in all directions. I took a couple of pictures of the capital building because I thought it was pretty. I had a nice day - got most of my shopping accomplished which was good. I have been trying to stay busy lately, the loneliness is starting to sink in. If I am not busy I tend to get a little depressed...it's hard to be patient and wait for God to provide friends. Luckily tomorrow is Monday so I will head back to work and be around people. The work week is always good, it is just the weekends that I struggle with (I never thought I'd say that about weekends) :).

Thank you for being so "real." I always like that about you. :)
Prayers continue for you! :)

Hiya,
Came across your blog randomly...just wanted to give you some encouragement and tell you to hang in there. When I first moved out to Santa Rosa I was in a somewhat similar situation--didn't really know anyone, and to top it all off I had to work nights. Luckily I got somewhat plugged in with a young adult group at a church and started meeting folks from there. Don't let the lonliness get to you!
Looks like you had a great time!
You are a blogger now! :) I knew it would only be a matter of time before you jumped on the band wagon. :) Glad to know you are posting now.

So, I keep checking, and your not blogging! I have a need to know what's going on with you and how you are doing!!! LOL!
Hi Rebekah! I just wanted to say hello! I hope that all is good.
